Abstract Preface After the success of GIREP Malta Webinar 2020, both Board members and organisers/hosts from University decided to plan for another meeting members, be organised in 2021. Restrictions due COVID-19 pandemic had automatically led organisers first decide favour organising a webinar. There was hope, participants, that 2 nd would held face-to-face Malta. But even this idea abandoned So second webinar instead. Seeing participants indicated need further discussion related physics teacher education, being such an important topic, 2021 still focus on ‘Physics Teacher Education: What matters?’ This title During Webinar, various keynote speeches were presented. Participants then sub-divided into groups, according workgroups their interest. The dealt with specific topics discussion, by experts field. time at disposal present work research. They actively interacted each other group leaders, during discussions. A number papers submitted, post-webinar. Each paper independently anonymously reviewed two experts. specifically following topics: • Preparing teachers TPACK (technological, pedagogical content knowledge) Lab work; Developing evaluating PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge) Quantum Mechanics (tools approaches); In-service Physics education early childhood primary levels; Pre-service all professional learning higher level education. topic titles shown above have been used as Section Titles Journal Physics: Conference Series publication.
